Investing in massage therapy is an investment in your health.

Each massage is customized to each individuals specific needs.

 

All new clients receive 10% off their first massage of 60 minutes or longer!

For new clients, the first appointment will take a little longer as we will being through a written & verbal health intake to determine focus areas.  We will go through ROM (range of motion) protocols and a gait assessment that will assist with addressing areas brought up during the initial intake process.

Our Restore Balance series is used to restore a particular area of the body back to a state of balance. This will consist of more precise work in a the top areas of complaint within the body over a 2 to 3-week period that is geared towards eliminating pain and/or tension, focusing on one area at a time.  Once complete with the series, it is best to continue with a regular maintenance massage every 3-5 weeks, depending on your body's needs.

Hot Stones                                                                                                                                      $5-15

Hot stones are a great to enhance relaxation, aid in injury rehabilitation, or administer deep tissue treatment and more. Whatever the need, hot stones can bring significant value to your service. Ask your therapist about options and pricing.

15 Minute Scalp & Face Massage                                                                                           $15.00

Pamper yourself with a scalp and face massage to close out your session. Let your therapist focus on some of the least touched areas, even in the massage world, such as the top of your head, the temples, jaws, and pressure points around the sinus cavity. End your session feeling relaxed and revitalized. 

15 Minute Foot Massage                                                                                                           $15.00

Pamper yourself with a 15 minute foot massage to close out your session. Let your therapist get to some of those reflex points on the bottom of the foot as well as giving the ankle much needed mobility with stretching protocols. Give yourself a feeling of walking on new feet, they carry so much!

Aromatherapy                                                                                                                              $3 - $10

Add an essential oil infused lotion to your service to enhance your state of relaxation or as a pick me up if you need to be alert and awake after your service. Essential oils such as lavender and absolute rose have a calming and restorative effect, while eucalyptus, teatree, and peppermint provide benefits to your airways. Essential oils such as lemon grass or sweet orange provide a great pick me up. You can also ask your therapist for a special blend either based on scent or the health benefits of the essential oils.
