Cancelation and Other Policies:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Prepayment is required for booking confirmation: Prepayment is required for booking confirmation. Because we are mobile practice, this ensures that clients are committed to their appointments and it reduces last minute cancelation. .
24 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, we will work you to reschedule for another time; however, same-day cancelations may be assessed a rescheduling and/or cancelation fee of up to 50%. We understand last minute emergencies come up and those decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
NO-SHOWS: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason ON THE DAY OF AND AT THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT will be considered a “no-show.” NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED! We are somewhat flexible as to situations and those decisions will be made on a case by case basis. If you are not home at the time of your appointment, please email us with details of the situation and we will determine if any exceptions can be made.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

MILEAGE FEES: If your are out of the Peachtree City Area, there will be a mileage fee of $.50/mile to and from our place of origin to your home. Mileage fees will be waived if 3 or more clients who live on the same street book the for the same day.
